Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the 1916 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice. Information submitted during registration — including full name, phone number, and bank details — must be accurate and up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity that occurs under your account is your own responsibility, unless you have reported unauthorised access to the 1916 support team within a reasonable time.

User Responsibilities

Users agree not to use the 1916 platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage the platform's systems, data, or reputation. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: attempting to hack the system, using automated scripts, engaging in fraudulent collusion, creating fake registrations, or exploiting any technical vulnerabilities discovered.

Users must also ensure they are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where participation in online entertainment activities is prohibited under local law. The responsibility to understand and comply with applicable local laws rests solely with the user.

Payment Information, Transactions & Financial Policy

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 1916 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via approved payment methods including FPX and DuitNow. The platform does not accept transactions in foreign currencies and is not liable for any losses arising from currency conversion carried out by third parties.

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account held in the same name as the verified user profile. Any attempt to transfer funds to a third-party account will be declined, and the account in question may be frozen pending investigation.

Identity Verification (KYC)

The 1916 platform reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed a set threshold. Users are required to provide valid verification documents upon request. Failure to submit the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawal capabilities.

1916 reserves the right to place a hold on the processing of any transaction that raises reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or activity that violates platform policy, pending the outcome of an investigation.

Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Platform Liability Limits

1916 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services — including technical disruptions, system errors, or data loss beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 1916 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software code, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of 1916 or its relevant licensors. You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written authorisation from 1916 management.

Third-Party Links

The 1916 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services for informational purposes. The presence of such links does not imply that 1916 endorses, verifies, or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those websites. Users are deemed to interact with third parties entirely at their own risk.

Account Policy — Suspension, Closure & Terms Changes

Account Suspension & Closure

1916 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of: fraud or platform abuse, violation of these terms, submission of false information during registration or verification, money laundering-related activity, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users.

Balances in accounts suspended for terms violations will be frozen while an investigation is conducted. If a violation is confirmed, 1916 reserves the right to forfeit the relevant balance in accordance with established procedures. Accounts closed at the user's request will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, subject to all withdrawal conditions being met.

Terms Amendments & Governing Law

1916 reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on this page with the update date indicated. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the 1916 platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. Users hereby consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
